So I am very irritated with Salt Lake cities Parking Enforcement. Over the last 6 months we have been trying to get Parking Enforcement to come out and ticket all the care who have been parking right next to the stop sign and making it hard for us to get out of our own driveway. But every time Enforcement came out was during the day when the cars where gone. Finally, we gave up and just deal with the cars parked illegally on the street. Well last night, Parking Enforcement came down our little road to check up on the parking situation, well there was not cars parked illegally at the point but he still gave out a ticket. I got that ticket!! My car is passed due on Registration, so he gave me a ticket. I have all the paper work done and just needed to register online. Needless to say I got a ticket and I think it is crap! I makes me so mad, they cant come an get those parked wrong but I can get a ticket for my car parked in front of my house. So gay!!! I am just livid over the whole thing. The Parking Enforcement is on my crap list now.

I am so Jealous!!
This morning I was able to take Danny & Katie to the airport. What was unlucky was the fact I had to go to work as they took off to Europe for the next three weeks. Danny and Katie have been planning this trip for a while now and it finally came. I am so jealous! I so wish I could take that much time off and go on a trip like that. I would be so much fun. Both Alicen and I were excited and nervous for them. They are planning on seeing Italy, Germany and I cant remember the rest, and they are doing it really with only a backpack full of stuff. They are going to be staying at Hostles and taking trains, and cabs to there destinations. Even though I am jealous for them, I hope they have a fun time and enjoy everything they do and see. It was funny, that as I dropped them off at the International terminal they both looked excited, scared and worried. I guess that is normal emotions before a world vacation. I am excited for them to get back and see all of there pictures and hear their stories. Good for them to take some time for themselves and go see the world before having kids and settling down.
Taitan is One Year Old!!!
So on Sunday, we celebrated Tait's first birthday. We decided to have it a a park, we had decided on Murray park but it was packed with people, that we found a park up in Cottonwood to go to instead. We decided to grill up some burgers and hot dogs, but since we did not have a portable grill, we ended up using the permanent grills in the park. I know Kinda Gross to think of using but we did and it turned out just fine.
We had a good time playing badminton, eating food and just hanging out at the park. We had a lot of people come- we had all the Kettenring's, Parker's, Forman's, Ash's and Cox's. It was just a good time all round. Tait got a lot of great stuff for his birthday as well. He is really into Cars and trucks, so we got him a huge Tonka dump truck and everyone one else got cars, he got a walk along puppy (from the cox's) and a helicopter from the Forman's. He was excited for it all. As for his birthday cake we got him his own to play in. Boy, did he ever play, he had chocolate all over his body. He like the frosting and he would pick up a chunk of frosting and throw it all over. It was so cute.
I was glad when it was over, I had cooked on the grill, in the sun for a good hour and I was dehydrated and tired. I was glad to just sit and have some fun. It was a good birthday party for Tait. I cant believe he is one all ready. Its hard to believe he is growing up so fast.
